Behind the Scenes of our CD Production

Hi all, Hannah here! Today I want to share with you everything that goes into creating and packaging our embroidery CDs such as the Sweet Scissor Cases pictured below. While these CDS may seem effortlessly assembled when you open your package from Designs By Hope, delivered to your door; a lot of time and effort goes into the process behind the distribution of these CDs. First Marv, featured in last week's blog, burns the CDs and prepares them for distribution. Once the CDs have been burned, they are transported to our warehouse at Designs By Hope Yoder. They are then placed with the correct coordinating cover after we receive our package of printed CD covers from our professional printer's office. After this, card stock is placed between the CD and cover, making it easier for packaging. Next, the CDs are shrink wrapped and placed into our inventory. When you place your order from we receive the confirmation email and pull the correct number of items from our inventory and ship them to your location. As you can see, a lot goes into the preparation, mid and final stages of our CD production, and we could not do it without the help of our stellar employees.
